Being aware of where we are throughout the day does not make us "boring" and
"dull". Instead, it facilitates our capacity to wake up. Yes, it does take
effort, and yes, it may appear at times that one looses "spontaneity" in the
process. However Proper consideration will allow one to recognize that it is
not Self who looses "spontaneity". How so? Because it is possible for one to
realize in this process that the impulses and desires one was acting upon prior
to becoming "watchful", were never really initiated by Self, but rather by
unrighteous - unholy manipulation of one’s senses and experiences.
Spontaneous:
- done or resulting from one’s own impulse, prompting, or desire
In Truth, it is by regaining one’s capacity to act upon one’s own
Desire that one regains True spontaneity.
Thus it can be said that being Respectful allows one to stop being an
"automaton" suffering from the self-delusion of free will or freedom. [1]
