In my simple recount of my experience or perhaps better said non experience with People in the third village note the following:
- when we could not find our way to village 3, no one from this village came to show us the way and invite us in. Politeness to those who come to destroy you is a deception.
- there was no dissent / jealously / power struggle within these People that the unrighteous / unholy could have exploited, no pun intended. Had there been such, the dissenting person would have become the one to ensure the village was found.
- People in this village were not fooled by the innocence of some within the missionary group and did not allow such innocence to be used as a means to establish contact. The use of "intermediaries" is a well established pattern of unrighteous / unholy activity. The unrighteous / unholy have difficulties finding those who do not little "p" play, so they use "locals" as the "bridge" between realities. It would do us the People well to recognize this pattern so we may stop first, allowing ourselves to be used as a "bridge" or "agent" and second, allowing a "bridge" or "agent" to be used against us.
