The first one is:

Father recently clarified a misperception purveyed in many "modern" teachings, which is that if we work hard and get most of the way, we’ll be "granted" success in our Spiritual Journey — that last bit is unnecessary to "tend to".
Father said it is like we have been eating at a table set by someone(s) "other" and the table has been mostly cleared, but trash and garbage are still strewn on the table.
We must completely clear the table so it may be set anew with Pure and Sparkling settings.
Father has said He will prepare our table before us, but the table must be made ready.
