Before I move unto the second village it feels appropriate to elaborate a
little bit more regarding the "aspirin story" shared in my last entry.
If you were to ask me, I can honestly say I didn't know the aspirin belonged to
the villagers and that I was supposed to give it back to them. Yet the fact
remains that while I wouldn't have done it of my own accord, I still
unknowingly allowed myself to be used as an instrument to steal from these
People.
If you were to ask the priest through whom I was set up for the theft, he could
easily and perhaps even honestly say he never thought it possible that someone
within his group would be capable and willing to steal. Perhaps even worse, had
it been necessary, he could have easily distanced himself from the event and
let me take the full blame for what happened. And, perhaps even more
importantly, he could have easily used this event and his choice to return the
aspirin as a way to enhance his "benevolent" appearance to the villagers and
gain greater trust from them. Never mind, the whole event could have been
masterminded so as to make such inroad. Having no Spiritual Discernment active
and present, these villagers could have easily fallen for the trap - just like
I did. And while it may be the case that the priest never had the intent to
take anything from the villagers or to set me up to do it, the fact remains
that he allowed himself to be used as well. The end result was the same.
The unrighteous / unholy are very good at setting us up to act against each
other and make it look as if we are to blame for such behavior, yet they remain
the master-minders. The actual instigators, the actual thieves, the actual
deceivers.
To be restored to the Truth of Who We Are requires of a necessity that we no
longer allow the unrighteous / unholy to use us. To end our little "p" play, is
to end our willing or unwilling, conscious or unconscious participation in
their traps. Whether in business or everyday life, the day must indeed arrive
in which we stop acting against each other. The day must arrive in which we
stop allowing the false witness presented by the unrighteous / unholy to guide
our decisions. The day must arrive in which we are no longer deceived by the
"devil's smile".
