It is common practice in the "spiritual field" for people to say that they decided to teach something so that they can learn what they are teaching. Somehow we think that this is an acceptable practice, and don't recognize the fact that this kind of attitude does not work. If you were in college, would you go to a senior level class taught by a freshman who says he is teaching the class so that he can learn the topic? Of course you wouldn't. The expectation would be that whoever teaches the class is well versed in the topic. Yes he may have greater insights during the teaching but this person already has the knowledge and understanding needed to teach the class.
Father has been teaching me a new way of doing business which Linda and I call entente: the coming together of individuals for a common purpose - which is to generate Divine Increase in Father's Way. What is interesting in this training is the way it is structured. Father trains me on a certain aspect and then has me apply what I have learned. The application of the training I have received then gives the person with whom I apply it, the opportunity to learn a new way of doing business.
At no point am I going out with the purpose of teaching (to learn), but rather to succeed in applying what I have learned from Father. Yet as I'm being trained in Father's Way, others are too.
Can you see the difference? Subtleties make all the difference.
