Putting it all together we get:
A German, or Respectful man, or natural human being is someone who is sane and has a sound mental condition. This allows him (her) to determine right action and right thinking through observation and contemplation.
This right action takes into consideration how his (her) choices affects his (her) Life and Life in general, but more specifically, as explained by Father, it also takes into consideration how these choices affect future generations within his (her) lineage.
In determining right action, a German or human being can ‘observe the stars’ which is to say, seeks the Higher Guidance available from Father / Source.
