Through this current series, I have brought to the foreground the unrecognized, yet obvious, connection between moisture and Abundance and between dehydration and poverty . In so doing, I have been able to connect the dots to show how current technology impoverishes us by creating dry environments that are unnatural and artificial and therefore inhibit and interfere with our capacity to receive the current sea that Father makes Freely available to us on a daily basis.
Here are some interesting observations:
- the "dust bowl" or the "dirty thirties" was a time of severe drought in these United States that lasted from the 1930's up to 1940 in some areas of this country. This drought coincided with the "great depression" which began in 1929 and continued until the 1940's. Both of these were preceded by the beginning of the "electrification" which began in the mid 1880's and continued through the 1940's in industrialized countries.
- we are currently experiencing severe droughts in these United States (Exceptional Drought: State by State) and dust storms have begun once again to make themselves manifest (Phoenix-area dust storm downs trees in region, kicks up dirt). These droughts are coinciding with a new great depression in which the middle class is quickly evaporating. It is interesting to note that these current times of lack and poverty were preceded by the introduction of computer technology to our lives around the 1980's.
- coincidentally, both eras also experienced record setting heat waves. (Read articles for 1936 and 2011)
