Before we begin exploration of the word "exercise", let's summarize and expound on what has been said so far regarding tyranny.
A tyrant uses principles and regulations designed to control and direct someone's life. He does this through the use of occult powers and invisible forces... this is to say, he does this in secrecy and thus without revealing the true intent of his actions. Invisible forces such as 'the power of influence' could also include subliminal messages, the tone of voice or a look, agreements and understandings, and even the 'radiation' of 'ethereal fluid' from a 'star or person'... all of which is designed to affect the mind of a person and improperly affect his choices... which is to say that the target person would make different choices if he was not under the influence of a tyrant.
The images that come to my mind with the words 'ethereal fluids' are of the drawings shown in a book called 'Light Emerging' by Barbara Brennan. This book contains several pictures showing how people use their 'ethereal' energy to attack or suck energy from others.
When I contemplated this information, I was very aware of many articles I read and shows I heard on mind control and how common everyday 'conveniences' such as electricity, phones, TV's are really designed to provide an outlet for such signals (some of this information can be found at Rense.com). Believe it or not, such use of everyday conveniences is a perfect example of the use of occult powers. The wave signals are the 'invisible forces'. It is occult because it is done in secrecy and is hidden from view by the pictures, sounds, and light that these appliances emit.
The vast majority of people would not believe such is possible, much less than anyone would want to engage in such practices. For them such capability is not only beyond the knowledge to which they would be exposed naturally, but the very action of such activity itself is beyond their capacity to imagine. Not because they are 'stupid' as those who subscribe to unrighteous - unholy ways would snort between each other with disdain, but because of the People's innocence! We the People are naturally Peaceful and Respectful, thus, we have a difficult time recognizing that anyone would engage in any kind of unrighteous - unholy activity.
The reason there is unrighteous - unholy activity upon Earth, is because as Father explained to us, there is an unnatural force using the very innocence and good heart of the People against them.
They seek to further not that which is Divine as they create a kingdom of unwilling servants, who by unrighteous endeavor fall prey to darkness' deceit. Darkness enslaves those who in innocent Desire seek All That Is Holy, by giving them false teachings or false witness of that which is Holy and Divine. Because Truth has been hidden by design and intent, who will tell humanity Divine Truth when all else fails to secure its Divine Desire?
Those who serve darkness are many. They easily engage innocent 'victims' through 'death by contact'. This darkness does not come to you in your darkest desire or moments of darkness. They are called to the Light of your Desire, to befriend you not, but to show darkness' way.
As you become freer and freer of your sorrow and increase your capacity to be focused on your Divine Nature, you will find that darkness will be less able to affect your life. Until the day in which you shall be free.
Trust and have Faith in that which is before you. Focus upon that which is Divinely Appointed and your energy, attention, shall multiply.
