Mister is saying that part of being healthy to him, a significant part of being healthy is Playing. Running, and jumping, chasing, and Playing. People say exercise but that is not Playing for most People.

than when you don't play
but do it a Different Way.

until you arrive at Father's Day.
Mr.'s intent is to say what we should know to do the things that get us where we want to be. We can't do it the Way we want until we get there.
As we wrote in our books, it is an ever expanding refinement. This is why it is a Progression. We can't just jump from the understanding of deception into Truth. We have to get there step by step. Periodically Linda sees this, but then it kind of slips away and we just think that we should just be able to do it, rather than taking the steps, going the distance. So we get stuck, we don't go anywhere.
